Highway 9 Escape Route Project
Highway 9 is a critical escape route for those who reside in the Saratoga foothills and the Santa Cruz Mountains. This project is part of a continuing effort toward a cohesive network of fuel breaks and evacuation routes that are part of the larger CWPP (Community Wildfire Protection Plan).
