On July 10th, 2025, from 6:00pm-7:30pm, my (Dave Cortese) office will host a virtual town hall on wildfire safety and mitigation. We will be joined by Seth Schalet, CEO of the Santa Clara County Fire Safe Council, and others as we discuss what actions are being taken on the issue of wildfire mitigation. We also will present tips for you on what you can do around your own home to mitigate wildfire risk in your community. After the presentation, we will invite the audience members to participate in a Q&A with our panelists so you are able to get your questions answered!
